As a member, you not only have access to the invaluable support and expertise within your own club, but also to the wider network of BSAC’s Regional Teams.
BSAC’s network is divided into 14 geographical regions in the UK; each region has its own team, led by a Regional Coach, who are there to support its clubs and members.
From teaching SDCs and delivering regional instructor training events to mentoring and supporting individual clubs, these regional teams offer a wealth of skills, experience and knowledge. And they are here to help you.
Did you know the BSAC Regional Teams can:
- Offer a range of Skill Development Training opportunities that may not be available through your club
- Support your journey to becoming a BSAC Instructor
- Help you to consolidate your diver progression with a scheduled programme of Diver Training Days
- Support your club with additional instructor resources for training within your branch
- Provide support and advice on branch matters – from membership recruitment and training to guidance on club management
You can also arrange for a member of your regional coaching team to visit your branch so you can find out just how they can help your club and discuss any specific areas of support.
