Address | Kuala Belait Boat Club, Kuala Belait, Panaga, KB3534, Brunei |
Panaga divers is a BSAC branch that’s part of the Panaga Club in Brunei.
We dive on weekends and have a pool session on Thursdays and as it is a club it is run on a voluntary basis so we all have to help out! We
accept all recognised dive qualificaQon though when we run courses we use the BSAC syllabus.
We dive from KBBC using our hardboats marlin and hammerhead. We dive a mix of reefs, decommissioned plamorms and wrecks from 10m
to 70m and have an ongoing exploraQon programme finding new wrecks and reefs for the club to dive. We have over 70 dive sites accessible
from kb and we are the only dive boat heading to this area meaning the coral is in excellent condiQon.
The diving season is generally March to end November. During the monsoon, the seas can be too rough. Water temperature is generally 29c
except winter when it can be 24c. Visibility can be variable (10m-30m), with occasional minor currents at surface or at depth.
