We are an active and friendly BSAC branch based in Burnley, Lancashire. Each year, Burnley & District Sub-Aqua Club organises several diving trips for its members in the UK and sometimes abroad. We own a fully equipped RIB, our own compressor, along with some scuba kit available for members use. We train people new to the sport as well as welcoming qualified divers from other training organisations. We have a strong technical diving group of divers within the club both CCR & OC.
We Provide a Socially Inclusive Membership. For low-income persons claiming Income Support or Universal Credit, the elderly of State Pension age, people providing ‘Care without Pay’. Disabled divers (in receipt of disability benefit) as using the guidelines set out by BSAC in the ‘Diving for All’ program. Students in full time education.
