As national governing body BSAC is committed to promoting and protecting scuba diving and snorkelling through good governance and professional administration.
BSAC is responsible for the management and development of all key areas with diver safety and training, equality and diversity, and safeguarding key priorities of corporate responsibility. These areas require robust structures to best protect the interests of all in the sport. All of BSAC’s major strategic issues are discussed and decided upon at BSAC Council meetings. If you have aspirations to be a board member, or simply want to have your views heard, please email our Council. If becoming a Council member isn’t your thing, there are many other ways to get into BSAC governance and thereby help shape the future of our sport.
